In 2017 she became the founder and CEO of Strong Minds a fitness based therapy company that uses this as the first line of treatment in peoples recovery both mental and physical. She is a huge advocate for mental health and addictions which has driven her passion to start her private practice. She strives to help individuals live their best life possible and she cares about the health and wellness of our community. It is because of this she tries to give other treatment options to help with peoples mental health through her private practice.
