Incoterms® 2020 Training
The International Chamber of Commerce Incoterms® rules are the world’s essential terms of trade for the sale of goods. Incoterms® are used in contracts to clearly communicate the obligations, costs, and risks associated with the transportation and delivery of goods. This guidance provides clarity for sellers and buyers and helps facilitate trade. This Incoterms® 2020 Training course is designed to help exporters, importers, sales staff, contract experts, shipping and receiving personnel, trade finance specialists, trade compliance managers, and other supply-chain professionals gain an understanding of the latest edition of the Incoterms® rules (which come into effect on 1 January 2020). The course will provide background and details of Incoterms® 2020 Definitions/Rules and Obligations, and cover the principle changes that are taking effect.
