Marie area to provide tools\, resources and supports to help local employers attract and recruit job seekers with disabilities. \n\n\n\nDiscover Ability Sault Ste. Marie offers a free job-matching platform to help you find the best candidates with disabilities for your job openings. Our free online workshops provide you with the knowledge and confidence to hire and retain persons with disabilities in their workplace.\n\n \n\nResearch shows that businesses who recruit from this under-tapped talent pool experience real benefits:\n\n\n	Harness the value of innovative processes and new perspectives\n	Reduce costs associated with turnover\, absenteeism and workplace safety\n	Increase the size of your skilled labour pool\n	Improve engagement from all employees\, across the board\n\nPlease join us on Wednesday\, January 13th\, 2021 from 2:00pm to 3:00pm for an introduction to Sault Ste.
