DESCRIPTION:TAKE 5 POSTPONED\n\n\n\nIn light of the recent rise in local COVID-19 cases\, we will be to postponing our Take 5 event scheduled for Thursday\, November 18th (5pm to 7pm) at 'Illuminate the Season with ARCH' at the Machine Shop.\n\n \n\nIlluminate the Season with ARCH will be proceeding throughout the weekend\, following all current APH Guidelines. The event is a fully masked event with social distancing and increased precautions. The event will kick off with a VIP Night for Tree Sponsors & Wreath Sponsors\, with live music by Eugene Gassi for all to enjoy. \n\n \n\nWe hope that our members will take the time this Thursday to Sunday\, to visit and support this important fundraiser for our friends at ARCH Hospice. SSMCOC members will enjoy casual networking and an exclusive sneak peak at the festive trees and wreaths creatively decorated by sponsoring local businesses.\n\n\n\nThis Take 5 event is a private function exclusively for SSMCOC members and Illuminate the Season sponsors and will not be open to the general public. Marie Chamber of Commerce COVID-19 event protocols:\n\n \n\n\n	\n	This event requires pre-registration by all participants. Businesses registering multiple staff must provide the names of all participants. For possible contract tracing purposes\, registrations are NOT transferable.\n	\n	\n	Proof of Vaccination: As of September 22\, 2021\, Ontarians need to be fully vaccinated (two doses plus 14 days) and provide their proof of vaccination along with photo ID to access certain public settings and facilities\, including meeting and event spaces\, such as banquet halls and conference/convention centres. Sault Ste. Marie Chamber of Commerce events will require all participants to 1) be fully vaccinated (two doses\, plus 14 days) as per Ontario regulations and provide necessary proof of vaccination prior to entry\; OR 2) be able to provide the appropriate medical exemption documentation as identified by the Government of Ontario.\n	\n	\n	Event participants are expected to observe and respect all facility and event guidelines specific to masking and social distancing.\n	\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAbout Illuminate the Season\n\n\nThe Machine Shop is excited to announce Illuminate the Season with ARCH\, taking place on Thursday\, November 18 until Sunday\, November 21\, 2021\, at the Sault Ste. Marie Machine Shop!\n\n \n\nThis is a community-driven event that will bring together local businesses\, and those they serve.\n\n \n\nThe live three-day celebration will bring together local businesses showcasing their talent\, and dedication to not only the holiday season but support towards a local charity. Illuminate the Season with ARCH is a family-friendly event bringing together all ages\, and will have something for everyone to enjoy. The event will include festive d cor with an opportunity to bid on and win on trees\, wreaths\, and planters. Those who attend the event will have a chance to bid on some amazing silent auction items graciously donated by local businesses. The event will also include a Santa's workshop\, and the morning of the final day\, kids will have the chance to skate under The Roof while enjoying a cup of delicious hot chocolate and treat.
