The Sault Ste. Marie Chamber of Commerce in partnership with the Office of Small and Medium Enterprises (OSME) - Public Works and Government Services Canada is pleased to host "Doing Business with the Government of Canada"

The federal government is the largest buyer of goods and services in Canada, purchasing over $15 billion in goods and services. The seminars are presented in response to requests by local enterprises interested in learning about potential opportunities within the Government of Canada's procurement system.

These informative and practical seminar sessions will address:
- The fundamentals of selling goods and services to the Government of Canada
- How to market to the Government of Canada
- How the government does its buying
- Advice and guidance in preparing a proposal
- Gain better knowledge and understanding of Request For Proposals (RFP)
- Understand how bids are evaluated and how to respond to an RFP
